2015 - Super Bowl XLIX: Apollo House --The company initiative was to build brand awareness, create community engagement through social media and strengthen C-Level network relationships.

The Arrogant Butcher was transformed into "The Apollo House" by rebranding the entire inside of the venue and hanging a 15 foot marque sign outside the building directly in the middle of "Super Bowl City". We created exclusive CEO invitations incorporating a video with Larry Fitzjerald directly asking the recipient to come join the experience. We launched #apollohouse for the media and community to post their experiences as we hosted multiple MSNBC broadcasts, NFL Player Q&A sessions including Joe Namath, Opening Night with Ryan Seacrest and much more.

 

The outcome was a success.  The Apollo marque was perfectly positioned continuously in the background of local anchors reporting the festivities of downtown all week. There were significant surges with #apollohouse throughout the initiative, especially during major broadcasts. 

Role: Creative Director. This is a site for a non-profit with an established message and direction who needed help with brand essence. There were challenges with previous sites translating the mission. I created a corporate and style guide, mapped a wireframe off a provided template and continued to created all needed assets and put together the site.

Role: Sr. Art Director. This was a fun, collaborative and rewarding project. Led a dynamic team of developers, designers, copy writers and videographers to create a custom portion of the company website dedicated to Apollo's corporate social responsibility.

Original project launch - 2012 with annual updates through 2015.

Role: Creative Director. Complete site overhaul. After creating the company brand style-guide,  I was asked for advice  on their website. I created a wireframe to convey UI and UX based of the available applications provided on wix.com. I then migrated all relevant content from the existing site into the new interface I crafted from a blank template.

Role: Art Director. Worked with a lead web developer to wireframe, brand and design a B2B website for Shutterfly. Client provided content outline.  The project was a success and was live through 2013 when Shutterfly decided to no longer provide the service. Original project launch - 2009

In the 15+ years of working in the creative service industry I have done everything from brand development, logo design, concept for production, die cut templates, graphic design, organically created images, sourced licensed images, edited several photos to create one image, written content, strategized multi-media campaigns, integrated data driven materials, and more.

The publication of this book was launched by completing a successfully funded Kickstarter campaign. The initiative included video production, social media strategy and multi-channel design components. I created the print ready files for the book production including the cover, end-sheets and text block.
